How we solved it
Screens are built and reviewed with the owners one at a time, starting with the daily registers site teams use most.
The app starts with the daily registers site teams already keep, so adoption is easy. Each register feeds summaries by site and by material, with graphs that show trends over time.
The outcome
The core registers and site views are built, with the remaining screens continuing in phases.
Site teams record attendance and materials in one place, and the owners see what is where across every site from a single screen.
