1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of precisionpulse.co and to services and software provided by Precision Pulse, a technology and marketing company based in Delhi NCR, India. By using the website or engaging us, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or agreement for a specific project adds to these terms and takes priority where the two differ.
2. Using our website
You may browse and share our website for lawful purposes. Please use the forms honestly and avoid attempts to disrupt, copy at scale or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
3. Proposals and scope
Each project begins with a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and begins once approved in writing.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, payment milestones and due dates are set out in each proposal. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Work may pause while a payment is outstanding and resumes once it is received.
Third party costs such as domains, hosting, software licences, payment gateway charges and advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the provider unless the proposal says otherwise.
5. Your responsibilities
To keep projects on schedule, you agree to:
- Share content, brand assets, access and feedback on time.
- Make sure the material you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
- Review and approve deliverables at each milestone.
6. Ownership
Once all fees for a project are paid, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as designs, content and custom code. Domains, ad accounts and similar accounts are set up in your business name. We keep ownership of our own tools, frameworks and know how, and grant you the right to use them as part of your deliverables.
Our software products, including Precision Pulse CRM, Precision Pulse Books and Inspectonation, are provided under a subscription or licence. We keep ownership of the software, and you keep ownership of your data.
7. Software subscriptions
Subscriptions run for the period and plan you choose, include the features and limits of that plan, and renew as agreed. We take care of hosting, updates and backups for hosted products and give reasonable notice of any planned maintenance.
8. Marketing services
We plan and manage campaigns with care and best practice. Advertising platforms set their own policies, auction prices and approvals, so results such as rankings, leads or sales depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We ask you to keep our proposals, pricing and methods confidential in the same way. With your permission, we may describe the work in our portfolio without naming your business.
10. Warranties and support
We deliver work with professional skill and care. Each project includes a support period after launch as set out in the proposal, and ongoing care plans are available for continued updates and support.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by third party services outside our control.
12. Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal. Work completed and costs incurred up to that date are payable, and we hand over completed deliverables once payment is received.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if unresolved, will be subject to the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
