What the client needed
Employees moved between many separate tools for payroll, bookings, policies and requests. The organisation wanted one place where every employee could find what they need.
Staff in different countries used separate links and inboxes for payroll, bookings, policies and requests, and new employees took time to learn where everything lived.
What we built
- A central employee portal with role based access
- Links and pages for more than fifteen internal tools
- Regional sections for five countries
- A responsive design for desk and mobile staff
How we solved it
We mapped every tool and request employees used, grouped them by task, and rolled the portal out region by region.
Every tool and request was mapped and grouped by the task employees want to complete. Role based access shows each person what is relevant to them, and regional sections keep local information close at hand.
The outcome
Employees find what they need in one place, and internal email about HR questions and bookings dropped by 30 to 40 percent.
Employees across five regions start their day in one place, new joiners settle in faster and internal email about routine questions has fallen sharply.
