1. About this policy
Precision Pulse respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or engage our services, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Precision Pulse is a technology and creative consulting firm based in India serving clients in India and globally.
2. Information we collect
When you visit precisionpulse.co, we collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited, time on page, referrer, browser and device information, approximate geographic location (city and country level), and anonymised IP address. This data is collected through Google Analytics 4 and is used to understand how the website is used and to improve it.
When you contact us through the contact form, by email, or on a call, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number if shared, company name, and the details of your enquiry. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if an engagement is formed, to deliver the agreed services.
If you become a client, we may collect additional information as required to deliver the engagement. This includes access to business systems, data samples, and operational information you choose to share. We treat client information with the confidentiality expected of a professional services firm.
3. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies for analytics and essential functionality. Analytics cookies are optional and help us understand website performance. Functional cookies are necessary for the website to work correctly. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, deliver client engagements, improve our website and services, send occasional updates if you have subscribed, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
5. Third party services
We use a small number of trusted third party services to operate this website and deliver client work. These include Google Analytics for website analytics, Google Tag Manager for tag management, WordPress and Hostinger for hosting, and professional email infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies and may collect data as governed by those policies.
6. Data retention
We retain contact enquiry data for up to three years unless you request earlier deletion. Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a further period required for tax, legal, and professional record keeping. Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in line with Google Analytics defaults.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to request deletion, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within thirty days.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. This includes HTTPS across the website, access controls on internal systems, regular backups, and secure password practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we continue to evolve our security posture as the business grows.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to existing clients directly.
