Decks That Land
and Move the Room
Pitch decks, company profiles, and executive presentations are won or lost in the first three slides. We design presentations that hold investor attention, move sales conversations forward, and get leadership to decision faster.
Most presentations fail at the storyline before anyone looks at the visuals. Decks that wander, slides that bury the point, and numbers that do not answer the question the room is actually asking. No amount of polish fixes a fundamentally unclear argument.
Pitch Deck and Presentation Design at Precision Pulse starts with narrative work. What is the one sentence the audience should remember? What are the three points that lead to it? What is the evidence that makes each point undeniable? Only after the story is sharp do we move into visual design, typography, and layout. The result is a deck that reads clearly at a glance and gets you to a yes.
What We Do
Presentations Built on Narrative, Finished With Design
From investor pitch decks raising crore level rounds to executive presentations for internal teams. Every format built around one principle: the audience should know what to do next after slide one.
Investor Pitch Decks
Seed, pre Series A, Series A, and growth stage investor decks. Built on the classic ten to fifteen slide structure with the problem, solution, traction, market, model, and ask sharp enough that a partner can decide in the first five minutes.
Company Profiles and Capability Decks
Sales enablement profiles that win B2B deals. Who you are, what you deliver, who you have delivered it for, why you are the right choice, and what the engagement looks like. Used in RFP responses, introduction meetings, and website downloads.
Sales and Proposal Presentations
Custom presentations for individual deals. Tailored to the prospect, with specific numbers, relevant case studies, and a clear proposal structure. Built to get signatures, not just applause at the end of the demo.
Board and Executive Presentations
Quarterly board decks, all hands presentations, strategy offsites, and annual planning documents. Cleanly structured, metric driven, and designed so executives can read the room in thirty seconds and still find what they need.
Narrative and Story Development
Before design ever starts, we work on the story. One sentence thesis, three pillar arguments, and the evidence stack. This is where most decks are won or lost, and where we spend the most thinking, regardless of the final slide count.
Visual System and Brand Alignment
Typography, colour palettes, chart styles, icon systems, and layout grids that match your brand and look premium without looking generic. Templates delivered so your team can produce future slides that stay on brand without needing us every time.
Who This Is For
Built for the Presentations That Actually Matter
Founders Raising Capital
Early and growth stage founders pitching to angels, VCs, or family offices who need a deck that communicates the opportunity clearly in under ten minutes. Works for Indian startups raising domestically or pitching global investors.
B2B Sales Teams
Sales leaders and founders closing complex B2B deals where the sales cycle runs weeks to months and one well designed presentation changes the deal momentum. Used by consulting firms, SaaS companies, and professional services.
Executive Leadership
CEOs, CXOs, and functional heads preparing for board meetings, investor updates, all hands meetings, or industry keynotes. Presentations where credibility is on the line and the visuals need to reinforce, not distract.
Indian Firms Pitching Global Clients
Firms based in India that sell to companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Australia where the presentation style, pacing, and visual polish expectations are notably different from domestic pitch culture.
Our Process
How We Deliver
Brief and Narrative Workshop
Ninety minutes together on the actual argument. Who is the audience? What do you want them to do? What is the single sharpest way to say it? This shapes everything and usually surfaces the one slide that was missing in the old version.
Structure and Content Outline
We write a slide by slide outline with headlines, key points, and data callouts before anyone opens a design tool. You approve the structure here so the build phase is about execution, not rewriting.
Design System Setup
Typography, colour, grids, and chart styles are defined as a system. This is where the visual language of the deck is locked in so every slide feels consistent and premium, not a stack of one off templates.
Slide by Slide Build
Full design production in your preferred format (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, or Figma). We iterate on wording, visuals, and flow during build. Two rounds of revisions are standard and included.
Rehearsal and Handover
We run through the deck with you once. Pacing notes, transitions, answers to likely questions, and slide order flexibility for different audiences. Source files are delivered with editable templates so your team can maintain it.
Why Precision Pulse
Decks Built by Someone Who Has Pitched Before
Most deck design services are graphic designers. They make your slides prettier. That matters, but it is not why most pitches fail. Pitches fail because the story is unclear, the numbers do not answer what the room actually wants to know, or slide six has three competing points where it should have one.
Every presentation we design is built by someone who has sat on both sides of the table. Pitched to investors. Sat in front of boards. Closed B2B deals. Run internal strategy meetings. The design polish is real, but the reason decks work is the narrative work that happens before design starts.
This approach has delivered investor decks for startups in India raising across funding stages, capability decks for B2B firms selling to enterprise, and keynote presentations for events with audiences in the hundreds. Same process, adjusted for context.
Talk About Your DeckNarrative first
We spend more time on your story than on design. Because beautiful slides that say the wrong thing still lose the room. Clarity is the actual product.
Fast turnaround
Most decks are brief, written, designed, and delivered in two to three weeks depending on scope. Investor decks for urgent raises can ship in under ten days.
Editable handover
Source files, templates, and a short guide so your team can add slides and keep the deck on brand without coming back to us for every edit.
Frequently Asked
Pitch Deck and Presentation Design FAQ
How long does it take to design a pitch deck?
A ten to fifteen slide investor pitch deck typically takes two to three weeks from brief to final. Rush engagements for urgent raises can ship in under ten days. Company profiles and capability decks follow a similar timeline. We scope every engagement with a clear delivery date before we start.
What formats do you deliver the deck in?
We work in your preferred format. Most clients prefer Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote. For premium brand decks, we also work in Figma or Canva. Source files are always handed over at the end so your team can maintain and extend the deck without needing us for every edit.
Do you help with the actual content and story, not just the design?
Yes. Story and narrative are where most decks are won or lost, and we spend significant time on them. Every engagement starts with a narrative workshop where we sharpen the one sentence thesis, the three pillar arguments, and the evidence that supports each. Only after the story is clear do we move to design.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Most clients use them for content refinement and visual polish. Additional rounds are available if the project scope expands, quoted transparently so you are never surprised by extras.
Do you design presentations for board meetings and internal audiences, not just investors?
Yes. We design board presentations, all hands decks, quarterly review decks, strategy offsite materials, and industry keynote presentations. The narrative rigour is the same. The design tone adjusts to the audience and the setting.

Get In TouchHow we approach pitch deck design
Pitch deck design at Precision Pulse starts with narrative work before a single slide is laid out. Our pitch deck design process covers investor decks, institutional presentations, company profiles, capability decks, sales presentations, and board decks. Good pitch deck design is as much editorial as it is visual, which is why every pitch deck design engagement begins with a brief, a story spine, and a clear understanding of the audience. The pitch deck design we deliver is built to hold up in a live room with serious stakeholders, not just look good as a PDF emailed ahead of a meeting.
