The brief was for a mark that read as serious and reliable in a category where trust is the primary purchase driver, without tipping into generic corporate visual language that would age out in a few years.
The Challenge
Real estate identity is a crowded category. Every brand uses similar colour palettes, similar logo forms, and similar visual tropes.
