1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of precisionpulse.co and any services provided by Precision Pulse, a technology and creative consulting firm based in India. By using this website or engaging Precision Pulse for services, you agree to these terms.

2. Website use

You are welcome to browse the website, read our content, and contact us about engagements. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, scrape content for commercial use without permission, or use automated tools in a way that degrades service for other visitors.

3. Services

Precision Pulse offers professional consulting services across business analytics, AI automation, custom application development, web development, digital marketing, presentation design, IT consultancy, and logo and brand identity design. Every engagement is scoped individually with a written proposal that covers deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any signed engagement agreement.

4. Engagement and payments

Work begins after a written proposal is accepted and the agreed initial payment is received. Standard terms are a fifty percent advance and a fifty percent completion payment for project engagements, or monthly advance payment for retainers. Custom payment schedules are available for larger projects and are documented in the proposal.

5. Intellectual property

All deliverables produced under an engagement are handed over to the client on final payment. Precision Pulse retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio and case studies unless the engagement agreement specifies otherwise. Pre existing tools, templates, and methods developed by Precision Pulse remain the property of Precision Pulse and are licensed to the client for use in the deliverable.

Website content, case studies, blog posts, and other materials on precisionpulse.co are the intellectual property of Precision Pulse. They may not be republished or redistributed without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. Precision Pulse will not disclose client information, business data, or trade secrets to third parties. On request, we will sign a mutual non disclosure agreement at the start of an engagement.

7. Warranties and limitations

We deliver every engagement with care, professionalism, and subject matter expertise. However, outcomes in analytics, automation, marketing, and business advisory depend on factors outside our control including client data quality, market conditions, and internal execution. We do not warrant specific business outcomes such as revenue increases or cost reductions, beyond what is specifically agreed in an engagement.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Precision Pulse under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.

8. Third party services

Many engagements involve third party software such as Power BI, Zoho, Make.com, n8n, WordPress, Framer, and similar tools. These are owned and operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and pricing. Precision Pulse is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes by third party providers, although we will advise on mitigation when they occur.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. For project engagements, the client is liable for work completed up to the date of termination. For retainer engagements, the standard notice period is thirty days unless specified otherwise.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any engagement agreement are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through good faith discussion first, followed if necessary by arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction specified in the engagement agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
