Overview
An industrial services organisation responsible for managing inspections and regulatory compliance across multiple asset types was operating under increasing operational risk. With recurring inspections across more than a dozen pipeline and asset categories — each with its own compliance requirements and inspection cycles — the administrative load had grown beyond what manual processes could handle reliably.
